Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights, send spam or phishing, distribute malware, impersonate others, collect personal data without consent, attempt unauthorized access, generate illegal or harmful content, reverse engineer the Service, or resell without written consent.
QueryWing offers Starter (free), Growth, and Scale subscription plans with varying features and limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no prorated refunds. Add-on charges apply for extra bot credits, additional bots, and live agents.
The Service design, code, features, and branding are owned by QueryWing and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for providing the Service. AI-generated chatbot responses are provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing their accuracy.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, modify or discontinue features, and temporarily suspend access during emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may contain errors and you are responsible for verification.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, prohibited uses, or non-payment. Data is retained for 30 days after closure for reactivation, then permanently deleted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QueryWing from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
